Gradus Esplanade 5000 is constructed from either ECONYL® regenerated solution dyed nylon wipers from the Boulevard 5000 range or black pvc scraper wipers. These are supported with an aluminium base with pvc bridging strips that provide additional strength and are combined with pvc linking strips (available in Grey or Black). The aluminium base is available in a choice of mill finish or a choice of three bronze anodised finishes. The ECONYL® regenerated solution dyed nylon wipers provide excellent soil and moisture retention and are available in a choice of nine colours.

Gradus Esplanade 5000 is available in 12 and 18mm thicknesses with an open or closed construction.

It is tested to withstand weights of up to 150kg per wheel (up to 600kg over 4 wheels) dependant on configuration and finish and has also been tested for flammability and slip resistance.

Gradus Esplanade 5000 can be manufactured to most shapes subject to approval of a template and is offered with a 10 year warranty in mill finish and 7 years with bronze anodised finish (subject to terms and conditions).

Esplanade 5000 coordinates with Boulevard 5000 for a complete entrance matting solution.
